How to Look like Alana Blanchard (Pt. 5: Personality)
Alana is super chill! I would love to be her friend! She is also a really positive and happy person. So, how do you determine whether or not you are chill, too? Well...
- You don't make a big deal out of everything.
- You don't care what other people think about you.
- You like to, well, chill out.
- You stay away from all the drama.
- You never criticize anyone.
Transitioning
If you can't really relate to the points above, and you're aiming to alter your attitude to be chill like Alana, then you first need to isolate yourself from everything going on, relax, and think positive. If you spend long enough in that state of mind, you'll most likely transition from an uptight, tense, and moody person to a relaxed, chill person. A few ways to ease away stress and tension include spending more time outdoors, trying meditation and yoga, taking a break from electronics and social media, and inhaling and exhaling deeply when you're feeling stressed out. First off, fresh air helps you think more clearly, which is why I recommend spending more time outdoors. As far as meditation and yoga, both have a major impact on the way you look at things. You may not think so, but meditating or having a 30-minute yoga session when you're feeling stressed with help your worries float away. Let's not forget it will tone your butt, too! All in all, remember to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise to help clear your mind. Also incorporate some of your personal pastimes and whatever makes you happy into your daily routine. (e.g., reading, meditating, swimming, surfing, lying on a hammock, tanning, listening to music, etc.)
